We offer a free phone consultation Monday – Friday from 9 am – 6 pm to discuss your case history and see how our attorney may be able to assist you. PHONE CONSULTATION
To make it convenient for you, your consultation will take place over the phone so that no travel is involved. If you do prefer in-person, please let us know at the time of scheduling. Once scheduled, we will retrieve your criminal history for our attorney to review. During your consultation, we will go over how our attorney can assist you, including the flat retainer fee based on your case history. We will answer all of your questions and find the options that will work best for you.
RETAIN RMCR
After retaining legal services and we receive all necessary documentation from the court and the Arizona Department of Corrections (if applicable), your motion will be prepared under the supervision and final approval of our attorney, licensed by the Arizona State Bar. Once your motions are all set, they will be electronically filed with the Superior Court in the county where you were convicted.
OUR GUARANTEE
Although no firm can guarantee what a judge will do, our office does not accept a case which we are not confident in our ability to get you an order granting your motion under Arizona law. Our guarantee, however, is that if any portion of the motion is not granted, our office will re-file annually from the original filing date of your motion as many times as necessary to have your motion granted. There is never an additional fee for re-filing.
